According to the work plan of the Sino-German Alliance – Technology Transfer and Qualification Construction, the energy efficient equipment and building intelligence training which is sponsored by GIZ and co-organized by Zhejiang College of Construction was held in its campus building from April 12th to 18th, 2018.
Christopher Reiche, a lecturer from the Construction Promotion Association of Saxony, Germany, trained the three Chinese partner institutions of the SG TQC project: Shanghai Urban Construction Vocational College, Suzhou Institute of Construction & Communications and Zhejiang College of Construction.
The training includes theoretical study and practical operations, focusing on the safety and first aid of electrical equipment operation and electrical accidents. The lecturers conducted in-depth professional exchanges with the teachers through various explanations such as the course explanation, the theoretical content and actual implementation of daily work and life, role-playing games and case studies. There was a lively atmosphere at the training site. The teachers discussed with each other warmly and actively communicated with German lecturers to understand the development status of relevant technologies abroad. After the class, the teachers communicated with each other about the further development of their disciplines, said they gained a lot from this training.
About the Programme
SG TQC is an international PPP project led by GIZ for Chinese and German business schools, focusing on vocational education cooperation, teacher training and new technology exchanges.
The successful implementation of this training program means that the international cooperation between the Chinese universities and relevant German industrial enterprises involved in the project has reached a new level, providing a strong boost for the cultivation of green building high-skilled talents which is suitable for the new situation.
