中德-建筑行业新技术专业人才战略发展联盟项目参展第十八届住博会播报

由住房和城乡建设部科技与产业化发展中心(住宅产业化促进中心)、中国房地产业协会和中国建筑文化中心共同主办的第十八届中国国际住宅产业暨建筑工业化 产品与设备博览会(以下简称住博会)于2019年11月7日至9日在北京中国国际展览中心(新馆)成功召开。 本届住博会以”城乡建设绿色发展”为主题,充分展示新中国成立70年住房城乡建设领域发展成就以及国内外新技术新产品,全面宣传城乡建设领域绿色发展理念和实践成果,推动建筑产业转型升级。大会也充分展示了在建筑领域中国与各个国际合作伙伴间的合作与成果。 德国国际合作机构GIZ下属”建筑行业新技术专业人才战略发展联盟”项目会同”支持江苏低碳发展项目”、”中德城镇化伙伴关系项目”以及”中欧低碳生态城市项目”一起参加了本次住博会。GIZ在现场设置了精美的展位,展示四个项目的执行情况和丰富的项目成果。其中”建筑行业新技术专业人才战略发展联盟”项目重点展示了为更好实现建筑节能技术转移以及相关技术实施能力提升而组建的联盟 (SG-TQC)情况,并为大家介绍了本联盟的核心内容与重点培养方向以及未来的发展方向和重点议题。 7日上午,住房和城乡建设部计划财务与外事司巡视员李喆在部科技与产业化发展中心国际合作处彭梦月处长的陪同下参观了GIZ的展位,了解了各项目的执行情况和项目产出,充分肯定了各项目在建筑领域与中方伙伴的合作,并给我们提出了宝贵的意见和建议。 7日下午,GIZ展位成功举办了中德合作伙伴项目交流酒会,来自住房和城乡建设部、部科技与产业化发展中心、中国建研院、北京住总、德国能源署等多家合作机构、国际组织和企业的共40多位专业人士到场参加。大家就国际合作项目组织管理、产能建筑、低碳城区、建筑职业人才培养和国外先进技术落地等话题展开了积极的交流。 8日上午,住房和城乡建设部总工程师李如生在标准定额司郭理桥副司长和部科技与产业化发展中心总工高立新等同事的陪同下参观了GIZ的展位,向现场的同事询问了GIZ项目涉及的活动领域和执行情况,并仔细了解了”建筑行业新技术专业人才战略发展联盟”的具体执行内容。 “建筑行业新技术专业人才战略发展联盟”项目的住博会参展相关活动于11月9号顺利结束。本次活动共接待参展专业人士近两百名,扩大了项目产出的影响力,接洽了新的潜在合作伙伴,产生了良好的宣传效果。

中德-建筑行业新技术专业人才战略发展联盟项目在中国国际门窗幕墙博览会上举行专题研讨会

中国国际门窗幕墙博览会(简称FBC)迄今已有16 年的历史,致力于整合门窗幕墙创新产品、技术、解决方案及商业合作模式的发掘,助力行业企业的发展及技术创新,是目前亚太地区专业门窗幕墙系统解决方案旗舰博览会。 作为FBC 2019 的重点组成部分,2019年11月5日,德国国际合作机构GIZ “建筑行业新技术专业人才战略发展联盟项目”会同”支持江苏低碳发展项目”、”中德城镇化伙伴关系项目” 于上海新国际博览中心(浦东) W3馆M4会议室成功举办了”中德建筑节能日”主题研讨会。 五日上午九时30分,”中德建筑节能日”研讨会由德国国际合作机构GIZ可持续转型项目组主任Markus Delfs 先生开场致辞。Markus Delfs先生首先对参会的建筑领域专家和项目合作伙伴的到来表示欢迎,指出了中德两国在建筑节能领域合作所面临的机遇和挑战。 上午,研讨会介绍了现行政策下的”产能房”项目具体案例,为”产能房”概念在中国具体建筑和工业园区的应用实施奠定了基础。 下午, “建筑行业新技术专业人才战略发展联盟项目”三所合作职业院校—浙江建设职业技术学院、上海城建职业学院及苏州建筑交通学院的校方代表、中德建筑领域杰出企业的企业代表以及德国能源署的专家,就中德合作模式下的建筑人才战略发展继续进行讨论。 探讨会上进行了关于中德建筑节能领域职业人才教育培养的交流,探讨了项目的合作模式和未来的发展方向等内容,共计60人次参与了本次研讨会。 德国国际合作机构GIZ希望通过本次研讨会上的中德专家对话以及中德双方项目经验的交流,可以推动建筑节能领域更为广泛的技术交流,让国内从业人员更好的意识到专业人才能力培养的重要性。

FENESTRATION BAU China (FBC) has a history of 16 years. It is dedicated to the integration of innovative products, technologies, solutions and exploration of business cooperation models for doors, windows and curtain walls, meanwhile to facilitate the development of industrial enterprises and technological innovation. FBC is currently the flagship expo of professional doors, windows and curtain walls system solutions in the Asia-Pacific region. As a critical component of FBC 2019, “Sino – German Alliance – Technology Transfer and Qualification in Construction (SG TQC)” association with “Jiangsu Low Carbon Development Program”, “Sino-German Urbanization Partnership” under Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH successfully hosted the seminar “Sino-German Building Energy Efficiency Day” in the M4 conference room of Hall W3 of Shanghai New International Expo Center (Pudong) on November 5th, 2019. At 9:30 am on the 5th, the seminar “Sino-German Building Energy Efficiency Day” was opened by Mr. Markus Delfs, Head of Cluster of Sustainable Transition of Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH. Mr. Delfs first welcomed the arrival of construction experts and project partners, and pointed out the opportunities and challenges faced by China and Germany in the field of building energy efficiency. In the morning, specific cases of “Plus Energy Building” under the current policy were introduced in the seminar, laying a foundation for the application and implementation of the “Plus Energy Building” concept in specific buildings and industrial parks in China. Sino – German Alliance – Technology Transfer and Qualification in Construction (SG TQC) Showcase in the 18th China International Exposition of Housing Industry & Products

The 18th China International Exposition of Housing Industry & Products (CIEHI), co-organized by Center of Science and Technology and Industrialization Development affiliated to Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, China Real Estate Industry Association and China Architectural Culture Center, was successfully held at the China International Exhibition Center (New Hall) in Beijing from November 7th to 9th, 2019. With the theme of “Green Development of Urban and Rural Construction”, this year’s CIEHI has fully demonstrate the achievements of housing and urban-rural construction during the last 70 years since the founding of China, as well as the new technologies and domestic as well as international products comprehensively publicize the green development concepts and practical achievements, and promote the construction industrial transformation and upgrading. This conference also fully displayed the cooperation and results between China and various international partners, like Germany, in the building industry. “Sino – German Alliance – Technology Transfer and Qualification in Construction (SG TQC)”, together with “Jiangsu Low Carbon Development Program”, “Sino-German Urbanization Partnership”, and “Europe-China Eco-Cities Link Project” under Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH participated in this event. Sino-German Energy Efficiency Equipment and Building Intelligence Training Project was successfully held

According to the work plan of the Sino-German Alliance – Technology Transfer and Qualification Construction, the energy efficient equipment and building intelligence training which is sponsored by GIZ and co-organized by Zhejiang College of Construction was held in its campus building from April 12th to 18th, 2018. On-site training Christopher Reiche, a lecturer from the Construction Promotion Association of Saxony, Germany, trained the three Chinese partner institutions of the SG TQC project: Shanghai Urban Construction Vocational College, Suzhou Institute of Construction & Communications and Zhejiang College of Construction. The training includes theoretical study and practical operations, focusing on the safety and first aid of electrical equipment operation and electrical accidents. The lecturers conducted in-depth professional exchanges with the teachers through various explanations such as the course explanation, the theoretical content and actual implementation of daily work and life, role-playing games and case studies. There was a lively atmosphere at the training site. The teachers discussed with each other warmly and actively communicated with German lecturers to understand the development status of relevant technologies abroad. After the class, the teachers communicated with each other about the further development of their disciplines, said they gained a lot from this training. Sino-German Alliance – Technology Transfer and Qualification Construction (SG TQC) Held an International Forum of Green Building Industry- to -Education Connection

Sino-German Alliance – Technology Transfer and Qualification Construction (SG TQC) held an international forum of green building industry- to -education connection in Zhejiang College of Construction on April 19th 2018 in Hangzhou. About the Programme SG TQC is an international PPP project supported by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of China, which is jointly funded by GIZ and well-known German enterprises and domestic construction vocational colleges in the field of building energy conservation. The programme aims to improve education training in key areas of China’s construction industry. According to the requirements of the new energy-efficient building technology, enable the pilot schools reaching the latest level of knowledge in building materials, wastewater technology and building automation. Strategic alliances are dedicated to the dissemination of advanced and sustainable building technologies, along with training for energy efficiency professionals. Through a series of activities, corporate partners have surpassed their core business and look forward to improving their construction opportunities and improving their market opportunities in the long run. The programme also provides product information to potential decision makers, architects, planners, leaders in building energy-saving retrofits, city and community managers who participate in the programme. At the same time, the programme will introduce the international standards of energy efficiency and environmentally friendly buildings, investigate the energy conservation potentials.
